Bikini martini

This bikini martini recipe is such a fun and easy cocktail.

If you’re a fruity martini fan, this recipe is definitely for you!

There’s no vermouth in this recipe, making it more of a bikini drink than an official martini. That said, it’s served in a martini glass, so we all call it a bikini martini.

This drink is one of my favorite cocktails to enjoy with friends. It’s perfect for enjoying on the deck, overlooking the lake or ocean, and sitting in the warm sunshine.

We had a few fresh raspberries on hand, so I tossed them on top for a garnish.

A slice of pineapple is a perfect garnish, and goes well with the flavor of the cocktail.

If you’re looking for a great summer drink, try our blueberry cherry sangria or our Moscow Mule with a splash of bitters. In winter, this cranberry vodka and Sprite is the best!
